# Bắt đầu với Report Book

Report Book giúp bạn gom nhiều trang report trong cùng một workspace vào một điểm đến duy nhất. Dùng tính năng này khi người xem cần truy cập nội dung liên quan ở một nơi.

## Điều hướng và luồng đã xác nhận

Từ giao diện hiện tại:

* Thanh điều hướng trái có mục **Report Book**
* Trang Home có tab **Report Books**
* Luồng tạo/chỉnh sửa dùng wizard **Edit Report Book**:
  1. **Setup**
  2. **Content**
  3. **Audience**

## Điều kiện tiên quyết

* Bạn có quyền truy cập workspace Data Suite đã bật **Report Book**.
* Bạn có quyền tạo/chỉnh sửa Report Book.
* Bạn đã có các trang report trong cùng workspace để thêm vào Book Contents.
* Người xem phải được mời vào organization và có quyền workspace trước khi quyền Report Book có hiệu lực.

## Bắt đầu nhanh

### Mở Report Book

Mở Data Suite và vào **Report Book**. Bạn cũng có thể bắt đầu từ Home > **Report Books** để mở report book hiện có hoặc tạo mới.

### Vào luồng chỉnh sửa

Mở hoặc tạo report book, sau đó vào luồng **Edit Report Book**.

### Thiết lập thông tin

Trong **Setup**, nhập **Report Book Name** và **Description** (nếu cần).

### Cấu hình menu

(Tuỳ chọn) Cấu hình kiểu menu: logo, màu nền, màu chữ, màu chữ trạng thái chọn, và màu nền trạng thái chọn.

### Chuyển sang Content

Chọn **Next** để sang **Content**.

### Thêm nội dung

Chọn **Add Item** và thêm **Dashboard**, **Folder** (có thể hiển thị là **Section**), **External Links** (có thể hiển thị là **External Link**), hoặc **Static Image** (dùng làm ảnh bìa welcome screen).

### Sắp xếp Book Contents

Sắp xếp Book Contents theo thứ tự người xem cần theo dõi.

### Chuyển sang Audience

Chọn **Next** để sang **Audience**.

### Gán audience

Gán **Assigned Users** và/hoặc **Assigned User Groups**, sau đó chọn **Save Changes**.

### Kiểm tra kết quả

Mở Report Book đã lưu để kiểm tra giao diện hiển thị và luồng điều hướng ở góc nhìn người dùng cuối.

Bạn sẽ thấy danh sách users/groups trong Audience, và người dùng đã được mời có thể truy cập report book theo quyền organization/workspace.
