# Gán audience và quyền truy cập

Dùng bước **Audience** trong **Edit Report Book** để cấp quyền truy cập report book cho users và groups.

## Điều kiện tiên quyết

* Người dùng đã được mời vào organization.
* Người dùng đã có quyền truy cập workspace chứa report book.
* Bạn có quyền quản lý audience của report book.

## Các bước thực hiện

### Mở Report Book và vào Edit Report Book

Mở **Report Book** và vào **Edit Report Book**.

### Chuyển đến bước Audience

Chuyển đến bước **Audience**.

### Sao chép Report book link

Sao chép **Report book link** nếu bạn cần chia sẻ liên kết sau khi cấu hình quyền.

### Thêm Assigned Users

Trong **Assigned Users**, tìm và thêm từng người dùng.

### Thêm Assigned User Groups

Trong **Assigned User Groups**, tìm và thêm nhóm người dùng.

### Lưu thay đổi

Chọn **Save Changes**.

Kết quả mong đợi: users/groups đã được gán và hiển thị trong danh sách của report book.

## Kiểm tra hành vi truy cập

Mở link report book bằng tài khoản người xem thử nghiệm.

### Xác nhận nội dung được phép

Xác nhận người dùng xem được các nội dung được phép.

### Kiểm tra nếu truy cập thất bại

Nếu truy cập thất bại, kiểm tra lại invite organization và quyền workspace trước.
